Cancellations and Refunds

In order to offer these extraordinary opportunities to hear world-renowned leaders, the Face to Face Speaker Forum must be funded through community sponsorships and ticket sales.

A portion of the proceeds from Face to Face will benefit need-based financial aid recipients at Wake Forest.

Our policy states that in the event that the Face to Face Speaker Forum must cancel an event, those who have purchased tickets will have an opportunity to donate the value of their tickets to the program or opt to apply the value of their tickets to future ticket purchases. Tickets are nonrefundable and speakers are subject to change.

If an event is rescheduled, the Face to Face Speaker Forum is unable to issue refunds, as the ticket purchase was a final point of sale.
