Meet the Team

Before coming to Wake Forest, she spent most of her career in financial services, including more than two decades in wealth management at Wells Fargo. Sue has a passion for community service and currently serves on four not-for-profit boards. Previously, she chaired the boards of the YMCA NWNC Metro Board and Summit School Board of Trustees and the Board of Visitors of Salem Academy and College and the Board of Visitors for UNCSA.  In addition, Sue served as Vice-Chair of the Winston Salem State University Board of Trustees.

Ashley is a seasoned event professional with over 12 years of experience in the industry. Throughout her career, she has successfully orchestrated events on both international and national stages, striving to translate vision into reality, and curating events that leave a lasting impact on attendees.

Beyond her professional life, she finds joy in life’s simple pleasures. Going on adventures with her friends and family, reading a good book, cheering for the New England Patriots, enjoying a chai tea latte from Starbucks, and listening to Taylor Swift’s entire musical catalog rank among her most cherished pastimes.
