Events are held at either the Lawrence Joel Veterans Memorial Coliseum (LJVM Coliseum) or at Wait Chapel on the Wake Forest University campus.

Unless otherwise posted or notified, the main events for Face to Face Speaker Forum begin at 7:30pm and will end around 9:00pm. Guests are encouraged to be in their seats no later than 7:15pm. Doors open at 6:15pm.
For Face to Face Speaker Forum events held at Wait Chapel, there is also a special Wake Forest Student-Led Conversation held prior to the main event. Unless otherwise posted or notified, these begin at 5:00pm and run until 5:45pm, with doors opening at 4:30pm.
Per venue policy, the following items are prohibited from entering the premises at Wait Chapel and LJVM Coliseum:
- Bags over 12″ x 12″ x 6″
- Limit one bag per person of smaller dimensions
- Backpacks (including clear)
- Weapons of all types and any items deemed to be dangerous
- Outside alcohol, food, or drink, including legal and illegal drugs and substances
- Professional cameras or camera equipment
- Excluding individuals with an approved media credential
- Fireworks, fire-starters, or open flames
- Audio recording equipment and noise makers
- Laser pens or pointers
- Skateboards, rollerblades, hoverboards, scooters, bicycles, and other personal movement vehicles/devices
- UAS – Unmanned Aerial Systems (drones)
- Animals not authorized under ADA or relevant state/local laws

Staff members of formal media outlets should contact Steve Bumgarner at steve@capturevalue.com to request media credentials for the event.
Photography and video recording of the speaker, moderator, or content of the event is not allowed without a media credential.

Contact us at (336) 758-6615 or facetoface@wfu.edu. In most instances, recovery of lost tickets is possible. Assistance is also available at the venue box office / will call booth the night of the event, but it is advised to contact us in advance to alleviate wait times in line.
All sales are final. Refunds are not available, except in rare circumstance. If you’ve purchased tickets and can no longer attend, please feel free to contact Face to Face at (336) 758-6615 or facetoface@wfu.edu to discuss options. In certain instances, payments may be carried over to tickets to other Face to Face Speaker Forum events or maintained as a standing account credit for future use.
In the event a speaker is unable to appear as scheduled and agrees to a postponement, options will be made available to the ticket holder once the reschedule date is announced.
In the event a speaker is unable to appear as scheduled and the event is a full cancellation, options will be made available to the ticket holder shortly after the cancellation has been announced.
Subscription sales for Season 5 have ended. Check back in April of 2026 for more information about Season 6.

For events at Wait Chapel, the nearest handicapped accessible parking spaces are available in Lot P, directly west of the chapel. An entrance ramp to the ADA designated entrance on the west side of the the chapel is easily accessible from this parking area.
For events at the LJVM Coliseum, a parking attendant will direct you to the best available handicapped accessible parking spaces.

The Keynote Society is a membership body consisting of community members who aspire to support Wake Forest University in greater capacity as well as directly support the operational expenses related to the series.

The Keynote Society Reception is a pre-event gathering that takes place prior to each Face to Face Speaker Forum main event. Keynote Society members, Sponsors, and the Face to Face Board of Advisors are invited to attend.
The reception features an assortment of food and drink (including alcoholic beverages), and gives attendees the chance to network with other members of the Face to Face family and greater Winston-Salem community. Generally, the reception includes remarks from the Executive Director of the Face to Face Speaker Forum and either the speaker or moderator. Unfortunately, transcripts/recordings are not available to the public. We encourage interested individuals to attend the events in-person to experience the value and insight our speakers provide.
