The Face to Face Speaker Forum Student-Led event is a session for Wake Forest University students, students from area institutions of higher learning and local high school students with the featured speaker and/or moderator. WFU students, faculty and staff are eligible for free admission to Face to Face Speaker Forum evening keynote events. Tickets are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis, and a valid WFU ID is required.
- Tickets can be picked up in person at three locations:
- For events at Wait Chapel
- Outside of Reynolda Hall from 1-5 p.m. (or until all tickets are claimed) on the day of the event. Students, faculty and staff must present their institution ID at pickup.
- For events at LJVM
- Outside of Reynolda Hall from 1-5 p.m. (or until all tickets are claimed) on the day of the event. Students, faculty and staff must present their institution ID at pickup.
- For events at Wait Chapel
Face to Face Speaker Forum events are held at either Wait Chapel on the Wake Forest University campus or in the Lawrence Joel Veterans Memorial Coliseum.
In the event that you are unable to attend a particular event, please notify the Face to Face box office by noon on the day of the event, and you will receive a tax receipt for your donation.
You may complete the ticket donation form, email facetoface@wfu.edu or call 336.758.6615 to release your seats. Face to Face tickets are nonrefundable.
All keynote events begin by 7:30 p.m. and end by 9:15 p.m.

The 2023-24 season ticket renewal period ended Monday, July 31.

Unfortunately, transcripts/recording are not available.
For events at Wait Chapel, handicapped parking is available immediately beside the chapel. An entrance ramp for disabled access into the chapel is easily accessible from this parking area.
For events at LJVM, a parking attendant will direct you to handicapped accessible parking.
The Face to Face Board of Advisors secures speakers by using an in-depth selection process. Each speaker must fall under one of our pillars. If you would like to suggest a speaker, please email facetoface@wfu.edu.
We recognize the needs of guests with disabilities, as defined by the American Disabilities Act (ADA) of 1990. We make every effort to accommodate the needs of guests with disabilities, including wheelchair seating, curbside assistance and listening devices.
If, during the season, your mobility status changes, please telephone us at 336.758.6615 or email facetoface@wfu.edu so we can make any necessary arrangements to keep you comfortable.

We have a limited-capacity reception for our Keynote Society Members, Board of Advisors and Sponsor prior to every event. Generally, the reception includes remarks from the Face to Face Speaker Forum Executive Director and either the speaker or moderator. The reception features a nice assortment of food and beverages, and gives attendees the chance to meet other members of the community.

Per venue policy, the following items are prohibited from entry to Wait Chapel and LJVM:
- Bags over 12″ x 12″ x 6″ (one bag per person)
- Backpacks (including clear)
- Weapons of all types
- Illegal drugs and substances
- Outside alcohol, food or drink
- Professional cameras or camera equipment
- Fireworks, fire-starter or open flames
- Audio recording equipment, noise makers
- Laser pens or pointers
- Skateboards, rollerblades, hover boards, scooters, bicycles and other personal vehicles
- UAS (drones)
- Animals not authorized under ADA or relevant state/local laws
- Any item deemed to be dangerous
This list of prohibited items is subject to change at the discretion of venue management.

We have partnered with Bookmarks to offer you books by our featured speakers at each event. Bookmarks accepts and fulfills online orders by major credit cards.
Photography and recording of the event is not allowed.
While everyone is welcome to attend, some events (depending on the subject matter) are appropriate for ages 10 and up. The series is not appropriate for younger children.
Email us at facetoface@wfu.edu and we can assist you. If you need assistance on the day of the event locating your ticket please visit the on-site box office and your ticket can be reprinted.
All sales are final. Refunds are not available.
In the rare event that a speaker is unable to appear as scheduled for any reason, we will find a suitable replacement.
