Face to Face Speaker Forum uses the Ticketmaster Account Manager platform. We refer to this as the WFU Account Manager. The WFU Account Manager may be accessed at this URL: go.wfu.edu/accountmanager. This system is not the same as the main Ticketmaster site or app. Face to Face tickets will not show up on the main Ticketmaster site or app.

The WFU Account Manager does not have an app to download, it is accessed via the internet app on your smartphone, including Safari, Chrome, Firefox, Opera, DuckDuckGo, Microsoft Edge and more (whichever you use). You may add your tickets to a digital wallet app once you have accessed the barcodes, however it is not necessary to utilize a digital wallet app.

If you purchased tickets through the Face to Face Speaker Forum website or were issued tickets by Face to Face directly, you already have an account. If not, you’ll create an account during the checkout or sign-in process. Once signed-in and any related purchase is complete, you may view or manage your tickets by clicking Manage Your Tickets on the top left. If you’re on a smartphone or device, you may need to click a logo with three bars to expand the menu. Once in Manage Your Tickets, click View Event Details on the proper event. After you’re in the event, you may view the details on your tickets and seating assignments, transfer tickets, view the barcodes, or add to a digital wallet app.

Please note: You are only able to view barcodes and add to wallet if you are signed in on a smartphone, not a computer. If you are signed in on a computer, you will only have the option to transfer tickets or view the details of your tickets.

Accessing Your Tickets via Smartphone

Step 1

Open up the internet browser on your phone.

Step 2

Visit go.wfu.edu/accountmanager. Please note that we use the Ticketmaster Account Manager system. This is not the main Ticketmaster system and your Face to Face tickets will not show up if logged into the regular Ticketmaster site/app.

Step 3

Click on “Manage Your Tickets” on the top left.

Step 4

Sign in using the email address tied into your WFU Account Manager account. If you don’t know which email address is tied into your account, or would like to update it to another email address, contact Face to Face directly. If you have forgotten your password, please click on “Forgot Password” to reset it.

Step 5

Once signed in and in the “Manage Your Tickets” menu, click on View Event Details for the event you wish to access tickets to. Each ticket you have for the event will be listed and you may click the desired ticket to view the barcode. If you have multiple tickets, you will be able to swipe to the left or right to scan multiple tickets at a time.
