When Face to Face Speaker Forum events are hosted at Wait Chapel on campus, Wake Forest employees are invited to claim a complimentary ticket to the student-led event, which occurs directly prior to the main event. The student-led event features the speaker or moderator participating in the main event, but is moderated by current Wake Forest undergraduate students. Doors open at 4:30pm, with the event running 5:00pm to 6:00pm (unless otherwise noted).

Wake Forest faculty & staff may organize a formal group outing for any class, program, club, or student organization for which they are a member of leadership. As part of the group, WFU students, WFU faculty/staff, and any additional non-WFU chaperones may receive a complimentary ticket.
